Woolfitt Art Enterprises was started at this time as a retail store in downtown Toronto but now supplies stores throughout Canada , the United States , Europe and Asia . Woolfitt’s was known as a paper distributor, but is now the international distributor for Tri-Art acrylic products. Ben’s art has been exhibited widely throughout Canada and is in major collections around the world. He works primarily in acrylics on paper, canvas and plexiglass. Ben is in the process of establishing a major art foundation. Ken Carpenter, Associate Professor of Fine Arts at York University , recently wrote an article that discusses the various periods of Ben’s artistic career, focusing on the development of his most recent work. The article is featured in the Spring 2003 issue of Artfocus.
